The story of Alexandra
Security, study, and resilience
Alexandra grew up in the Netherlands with family experiences that made financial security and independence important goals. Significant losses, including her father's illness and death, shaped a value-driven approach to work. While studying, she also worked long hours as a bartender, learning to manage pressure across an academic schedule and demanding shifts.
Those years did not turn resilience into a motivational phrase. They made it a practical process of continuing through grief, stress, and uncertainty while still meeting immediate responsibilities. That foundation later influenced how she assessed professional risk and why she wanted to build systems that give other people clearer access to opportunity and support.
Entering Web3 as a learner
Alexandra first participated in crypto as a trader in 2017, then decided to enter Web3 professionally. The ecosystem moved quickly and often lacked straightforward ways for builders, investors, lawyers, marketers, and consultants to find one another. That fragmentation became both a challenge and a product idea.
She had to learn technical and decentralized structures without treating every Web2 practice as automatically wrong. Alexandra argues that a platform's ethics and operations matter more than a label. Her entrepreneurial transition therefore combined a learner's mindset with systems thinking, turning unfamiliarity into a reason to map relationships rather than a reason to imitate the loudest projects.
Thrilld Labs and Web3 collaboration tools
Thrilld Labs builds tools that help Web3 professionals and organizations work together. Thrilld is a free, open business application that helps professionals discover potential partners across roles and locations. The team is also developing Stoked for Web3 ticketing, event management, and sponsorships.
These products reflect Alexandra's belief that ecosystem growth depends on useful connections, not only new protocols. She focuses on accessibility for newcomers and experienced builders, community collaboration, and long-term sustainability beyond current trends. The work translates her personal search for security into infrastructure that helps other people navigate a complex market with more context, support, and opportunity to work together.
